Produced in the traditional "lost wax" process of casting bronze, the sculpture is limited to a total of less than fifty signed and numbered works by the artist. The bronze measures 21" or 53.4 cm. in height. Each sculpture is beautifully displayed on a black Belgian marble base.
At a time when we find Formula 1 and Indy Car Racing so very competitive, an artist with a passion for motorsports has spoken out sculpturally in celebration with a new work of art in bronze. "Sweeping Victory" captures the speed and exhilaration of winning in the high risk and high stakes arena of modern racing.
Contemporary sculptor, Will Herrera has created two separate versions of the sculpture. The more rare edition is offered in an entirely high polished finish on the bronze. Less than a half-dozen works remain available in high polish. Sweeping Victory is also available in an equally dramatic black "patina" surface coloration with high polished highlights on the car as shown.

Since its inception in 1986, the awards for the champions, the pro-am awards and Vantage Classic awards as well as the perpetual trophy for the PGA Seniors Tour event, the Kaanapali Classic, have been the creation of Will Herrera. The gold plated bronze and marble insignia of the Kaanapali Golf Course serves as a lasting memento of the outstanding accomplishments of the participants. Winners include Governor John Waihee and golf legends Bob Charles, Don Bies, Bob Murphy, George Archer, Tommy Aaron, Jim Colbert and Orville Moody.
